CogDev2008 was held at the Computer History Museum (Mountain View, CA) on October 26, 2008. Interest generated at the Singularity Summit boosted the workshop's turnout to 25 attendees.

  • merge utils2.cc,h and util.cc,h in opencog/atomspace/ to a single util file. Gama did this already, but removed a number of things that PLN requires.
